Please use the localization framework so native-lang teams could localize the
GUI of testtool.

Sure. It should be one day possible to translate also the TT GUI. Is it possible
in the same way as office is doing it?

a while ago we removed this feature because funding of the translation was not
there.
And yes, the testtool can be translated like the rest of the office. Only
currently there are only english strings in the ressources so they are excluded
of translation.

I will try to find the old translations in our database and ask fma to transfer
them to our current database and mergen them.

Set to OOo 2.0 because this is translation 'only'

when finished the Language of the testtool can be switched by just copying the
appropriate resfiles or by setting the entry

in the testtoolrc to entries from tools/inc/lang.hxx

svtools/source/plugapp  and
basic/source/app

the localize.sdf and the *.src files

cheked in to CWS gh8

as the module testtools is enirely unrelated to the testtool
