Darragh (dsherwin) was working on a Python script to try build these
automatically ... it would be great if it could be attached here so others can
try it :-)

genreadme.py does the usual pull information, but it also tries to scrap the
project owner from the webpage.
There is some code for scrapping descriptions, but it's not working :-)
