It would be wonderful if we had the ability to use the very common keyboard
shortcut of CTRL+TAB to navigate through a dialog box with tabs.

This is at least common on Windows and Windows applications.

The SHIFT key would be a modifier to go backwards through the tab order.  On
Windows the behavior is CTRL+TAB goes left to right, CTRL+SHIFT+TAB goes right
to left.

Ctrl+Tab already does this in OOo (testes on WinXP and Linux - when you free the
shortcut usually used to swap the desktop).

Please describe your environnement. Do you have already affected this shortcut
to something els? Tools in the background disabling this shortcut?

or if I was having other problems one night.  Too many things on my mind.
