Microsoft has an Chinese IME for win98. This IME works for MSOffice and IE etc.
Open Source programs such as Mozilla, are also able to make use of it on win98.
Is it possible to incoperate the linking for OOo 1.1.3? I suppose it is not too
difficult.

I notice that OOo 2.0 beta has the same problem. Can the target milestone be set
to both 1.1.5 and 2.0?
