Some of the localizations are not present on stardiv, eg., Swedish Windows.  Would you be able to 
upload these to /contrib/rc/1.1.3rc/ ?

Second, the solver for 1.1.3 is also located still in contrib/rc/1.1.3rc. I can point people there, but it 
means creating a duplicate web page.  Can you move the solver to stable/1.1.3?

Swedish windows is now uploaded to contrib/rc.

solvers in contrib/rc/1.1.3rc are hard linked also to /stable/1.1.3
