There is no visual feedback that a spreadsheet sheet is protected (afaics), a
simple suggestion for feedback would be to display a lock symbol in the sheet
tab when the sheet is protected. I've seen a few users confused as to why they
cannot rename a sheet or make edits when they load a document where sheets are
preset as protected.

IMO a very good idea. You could even think about unlocking the sheet (or showing
a PW dialog) if the lock symbol is clicked or double clicked.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
