Description thecurse 2004-10-07 14:18:27 UTC
Hi there,

it would be very nice if it would be possible to get a chart which gets the
labels from a user-defined row.

For example it isn't possible to get the data from row A and the labels from row
B, but I very often need things like this.

Yours,
TheCurse

Are you sure that is the correct duplicate?

Issue 3997 is about merging more than one x series into a single X-axis, Issue
35123 is about using data cell contents as labels on the x axis. They seem
widely different to me.

Getting labels from a user-defined row is covered by Issue 3997.

What "first Column" or "first Row" means in the dialog for the data of the
entire chart, is however the same as before: it is the first row/column of the
range you get when you glue all ranges together that you get. E.g.
B1:B16;A1:A16;C1:C16 becomes A1:C16.
