Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 3538
NetBSD's patch -b syntax slightly differs from GNU patch
Last modified: 2003-03-16 20:13:48 UTC
NetBSD patch is functionally equivalent to GNU patch, but backups are always made and the -b option specifies the extension to use. The patch just drops -b for NetBSD.
Created attachment 1233 [details] add NetBSD support
committed patch to OOO_STABLE_1. does the name of the patch indicate that this patch is only valid for the OOO_STABLE_1 stable branch ???
Hi Armin, no, it just means the diff was taken against the version on the OOO_STABLE_1 branch (and it may not apply cleanly to HEAD). The patch itself should also go into HEAD. Michael
patch committed to HEAD and OOO_STABLE_1
As discussed with Armin, he thought these bug were closed, he sees all of them as verified.
