$ oowriter Change_Request_Form_-_MDTA_-_2002-06-20.doc 2> oowriter.bugcheck.txt

Here's the error message that pops up:
  An unrecoverable error has occurred.
  All modified files have been saved and can
  probably be recovered at program restart.

Other .doc files that I try don't bugcheck.

Note that the file that bugchecks has "form fields" and drop-down field
selectors, while the file that succeeds is a "plain" Word file.
