A lot of Help-IDs are assigned in the source xhp files, but they do not work as
designed in the installed help viewer.
For example, our own file open dialog has a File Type list box. This has the
Help ID 1334644259 svtools_ListBox_DLG_SVT_EXPLORERFILE_LB_EXPLORERFILE_FILETYPE
The long name is inserted to the file shared/01/01020000.xhp. In the shared.jar
file of the installed m59 help that long name is inserted, too. So the extended
help text *should* show up. But it doesn't.
Currently, it is not visible from the displayed extended help whether a correct
Help ID is assigned or not.
