according to the spec

6.2.2 Data Navigator Design

The instance menu button should contain a entry Edit, but there is only an entry
rename

a.iv Add / Edit Instance Dialog
according to the spec there should be an edit dialog, but there is only a rename
dialog. 
If the rename disloag should be an edit dialog then the URL field should be
enabled and not disabled as it now is.
