1. open a new xform
2. open the datanavigator
3. create any submission
4. D&D the submission to the document

==>> an edit control with a label is created. But a submission makes only sence
with a button, so the D&D should create a button.

reopen issue because it's not fixed.

Now there is created a button when D&D a submission, but the action is set to
none. So the button doesn't work.

dvo: Broken with fix for i36342.

The previous fix for i36342 would create a binding (for the submission dialog)
every time an instance is loaded in the DataNavigator. Now we create it only
when necessary, and delete it again afterwards.
