1. open a new xform
2. open the control toolbar 
==>> there is an "Use wizard" icon and this is useless because the icon do
nothing. There are no wizards in the xform content.

fs->cl: Marc is right with this. Do you mind removing the respective icon from
your toolbar specification? I will remove it in the implementation then.

The attached file fixes this relative to CWS eforms2. Since eforms2 is already
closed for development, I'm waiting for it being integrated, to check in the patch.
