Hi, I have reopened 3394 but have not gotten a reply from support. So I'm
entering a new issue.

I sent in my public key and am trying to establish a tunnel connection.
I tried the following command and typed in my password that was used
to generate my public key, and was unsuccessful in connecting.

                 > ssh -x -L 2401:localhost:2401 tunnel@openoffice.org
                 tunnel's password:
                 tunnel's password:
                 tunnel's password:
                 warning: Authentication failed.
Disconnected; no more authentication methods available (No
further
                 authentication methods available.).

(my ssh is pointing to ssh2, so the -2 option was omitted.)

Is there anything I can do to check why the authentication failed?
Please give me some pointers.

Thanks!

Vicky
