I prepared Slovak data for thesaurus
(http://rak.bb.euroweb.sk/~zdpo/thesaurus/OOo-Thesaurus/OOo-Thesaurus-pre1.zip)
in OO (tested on version 1.1.1 and 1.1.3) based on script P. Janik
(http://rak.bb.euroweb.sk/~zdpo/thesaurus/admin/Parse_Thes.awk) with source files

When I made tests thesaurus worked (e.g. word "abonent"), but it used wrong
character set for suggested word („predplatiteµ“ instead of „predplatiteľ“) and
it used this "wrong word" for replacing in wordprocessor. Characters displayed
for other dialogs are OK.

Aslo there is problem (at least) with "Ä" (ccaron). 
I tried to make synonset for "ľšÄťžýáíúäňôÄó" (most common slovak special
characters), but thesaurus ignored it. (see
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=36965)

Yes, should it be resolved against 1.1.4 or 2.0?

1.1.4 slovak (ie. for 1.1.5/2.0). We will publish the fix in Slovak 1.1.4.

Both isses have same problem, wrong translation of encoding inside the lingu
component.

The patch is tested and resolves the reported problem. In lingucomponent was sk
language missing in table with mappings between languages and dictionary charsets.

it is fixed in OOo 1.1.4 local build, fix this for 1.1.5.
