opening issue to attach draft charts of data from stats spreadsheet.

no charts, but updated quarterly summary is attached.

I updated the quarterly summary with new rows entered in the ExecSummary. I
added another test column that compares column A cells to quickly show where the
updated rows need to be added. I found I had to tweak the formulas in the cells
below added rows after copying the quarter summary to the new stats file. Hmmmm,
am realizing now that I forgot to pay attention to the blue-gray row... there
might be errors in that row.
