Text effect incorrctly cuts off lines of imported file.

To repro:
* Open Attached file
* View--Slide Show
* Hit space or click the mouse button to let the text revel itself

The lines of text that slide in cut the text incorrectly on the top and the
buttom of the text.

This does not happen when the file is opened with OOo 1.1.3- thus, it is a
regression.
