change the faq playgnd page templates across entire list to the page format used
in the "general" section of the faqs.

This task will require rework of the navigation links on each of the existing
FAQ pages in the Writer, Draw, Impress, and Formula sections.

Added navigation to the end of the files in formula, presentation and general
(various topics)

All previous and next links in the new navigation footers target 001.html and
003.html, respectively. Retargeted each page in the formula section. Added the
same navigation links to the top of each of these pages. Edited all FAQ index
pages, so they now have a uniform format.

Impressive workmanship. I'm starting work on the word processing faq pages in
hopes to finish up the work in this issue so that we can close it.
