OOo 1.9m60 crashes with crash reporter when trying to edit an existing formula
from an already saved document.

Steps to reproduce: 
0) Create new writer document
1) Insert formula
2) Close document and reload document
3) Double-click the formula to edit it

-> crash.

additional problem: you cannot select the first formula unless you have selected
the second one (you can select it using the navigator though)

MRU->MAV: with a non-pro version I can't even come to the point the object
becomes activated. On re-opening a document containing a math formula object, I
get assertions "Wrong document service name!" from file
src\embeddedobj\source\commonembedding\persistence.cxx line 432
tested with 680m62.
