The menu Insert - Footnote has no extended help text.
The ID is uno_InsertFootnoteDialog, which is inserted to source file
K:\WORKBENCH\helpcontent2\source\text\swriter\01\04030000.xhp as paragraph ID
bm_id3148770
This cannot be found in the installed swriter.db file
