On CWS sysint1 which brings in the latest changes to the OASIS file format
1. Create a new text document
2. Save the document using the new format (*.odt)
3. Choose "Save as..." and save the document as text template using the new
format (*.ott)
4. Choose "Digital Signatures..." and apply a signature to the document

After the last step (4.) the template is wrecked (the package contains only
"meta-inf" and mimetype)

This happens not if you open a text template for edting and then apply a
signature but only when "Save as.." of an existing document will be made!

Found fixed on CWS XMLSec07 based on src680m66 using Linux, Solaris and Windows
build
