- Press [F1] to get the Help
- click any link on the right side of the help
- a message box appears:

"
     The document "...help://swriter/start..." has been modified.
     Do you want to save your changes?
     [Save] [Discard] [Cancel]
"
similar messages appear by any click I did in the Office Help...
