Open the attached .oot file (HTMLEmboldenBug.oot).  Note that the second table 
(referring to events in February) has emboldened headings but the main body of 
the table is unemboldened text.  Go to File-> SaveAs and save the document as 
a HTML document.  View the HTML document in a webbrowser - note the second 
table is now all emboldened, not just the headings.

The browsers I used in the above test were Konqueror 3.2.1 and Mozilla 1.0, 
both on Linux.  Both display the same incorrect formatting for the second 
table.

ES->MIB: the font has surprisingly an font-weight:medium as attribute in the
second table.
