- start an Draw
- Open the View menu
- Click on Preview
-> you get a crash
Should be fixed in beta

Instead of fixing the crash I will remove the preview. It is not of much use in
Draw: there are no animations to show so it can only serve as an overview when
the user zooms into the page and sees in the edit view only a part of the page.
But the page sorter already shows a preview for each page.

Fixed by removing support for the preview window.
