If I click in cell A1, drag to A5, release the mouse button, and type someting,
it goes into A5. If I then hit Enter, I am now in A1. This behaviour is
non-intuitive. Once I release the mouse button, I should be in cell A1.

About the position of the cursor in a range selection, Kohei Yoshida has written
a patch that solves the problem that several users have reported to me.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
