create a new presentation.

choose master page "recommendation of a strategy"
choose layout "Title, Chart" - notice text in the chart area (it's unreadable)
"title, spreadsheet" - unreadable
"title, clipart, text" - readable
charts, spreadsheets, objects - unreadable

if master page is changed to "recommendation of strategy" after choosing a page 
layout that contains any of previously unreadable objects, the text becomes 
readable.

(helper text colour being different is in issue 38782)

actually i believe this is a separate issue. although helper text should be 
changed (issue 38782) it still should not become garbled. see first three 
attachments - text is unreadable. this is not the case with clipart.png.

even though in all these cases helper text colour is not changed, the result 
still differs - and it would be nice if the difference (between helper text 
handling for clipart and other objects) could be found and chart, object and 
spreadsheet helper text fixed.

(that is, it's quite possible that garbling will continue to happen even with 
another colour)
