Hi,

the python packaged with OOo is broken since 680m63. On unix, there are missing
to links in the program directory

ln -s python-core-2.3.4 python-core
ln -s python.sh python

On windows, the python.bat file is missing (to workaround this, simply add the
python-core-2.3.4/bin and lib directory into your path and set the PYTHONPATH
variable accordingly.

I am going to fix this on pyunofixes1 cws.
