Sir,
- open a new open office text document.
- insert picture from "insert/picture/from file" .
=> it opens "Insert picture" dialog.
- choose any picture file and  keep style as "OLE" from "insert picture" and 
click "open".
=> This is then showing "error" window.
This happens even for styles like "lables", "watermark", "marginalia".so it 
might be a bug. please check it.

MRU->OD:  Insert a graphic via Insert.Picture dialog. In the dialog select a
different frame style (like "OLE") and click OK -> crash

Already fixed in cws swqcore02 (issue 37940)
