When using the InputBox RunTimeFunction (starbasic) with StarOffice 5.2, the box apears 
in the center of the screen.
In SO 6.0 (#641) the Box appears in the left Corner on top of the screen.

implementation issue, additionally BASIC run time does not belong to
the API project anyway
