Comment 9 ooo 2003-02-28 20:19:35 UTC
@nidd:
Following changes are in the attached uk_UA.xml:

uk_UA MS-LANGID is 0x0422 instead of 0x0419 (difference in currency
format codes)

According to http://oss.software.ibm.com/cgi-bin/icu/lx/en/?_=uk_UA :

The currency symbol follows the amount separated by a blank (in your
version it did precede the amount without a blank)

The date separator is the slash '/' instead of a dot '.'

The group separator is the dot '.' instead of a blank ' '

The date order is D/M/Y instead of M/D/Y

Please verify my changes and translate the <ReservedWords> section.
Also the long date separators and their use in date format codes need
to be verified, are they commas or are they blanks? Their use in the
format codes must match. What about the <LongDateYearSeparator>, looks
strange too me. Compile it in your version and take a look at the
generated formats, e.g. use the number formatter dialog in Calc.
Comment 10 ooo 2003-03-31 14:37:33 UTC
Reminder: if this is to be incorporated into 1.1Beta2 we'd need the
corrected data until 2003-04-07.
Comment 11 ooo 2003-04-07 15:38:04 UTC
Warning: Today is 2003-04-07 deadline. I'll accept patches until
2003-04-09, just two more days to go. After that it might go into
Beta2 or it might not, depending on moon phase.
Comment 12 ooo 2003-04-11 20:56:10 UTC
Committed to branch cws_srx644_apps61beta2, issues mentioned above
still remain and need to be solved, translate <reservedWords> and
check date format things.
Comment 13 ooo 2003-04-14 16:13:13 UTC
I now set this issue to fixed as the cws_srx644_apps61beta2 branch
will be closed today and we need issues to be in a definite state for
QA tracking reasons.

We can either reopen this issue after beta2 and retarget it to
1.1final, or create a new issue then.
Comment 14 ooo 2003-04-22 10:09:59 UTC
reassign to QA
Please test availability of Ukraininan number formats and so on.
