Current russian templates are in old format and non-unicode. Attached archive
contains updated templates. Older templates should be deleted.

OOo641 has no templates. I don't know who has made this russian templates.

These are _wizards_ templates. they are for
extras/source/templates/wizard/web/lang/russian
Currently there are only old templates in .vor format.

I took a look at Peters templates. They look good, so I checked them
