Index pages for Indonesian documentation need translation

I am opening this issue to attach a new Manuals index page and an edited top level index page that will reference documents placed into new sections at the documentation project's id/ directory. These documents require translation.

Thank you for the translation. The first file attached to this issue has one line (the last line in the table) that is in English, which you may also wish to translate.

Both the new index pages have now been placed into the /id directory on the documentation site, which creates the path to the translated PresentationDifferences file provided on Issue 39426. The index page at http://documentation.openoffice.org/id/ is the one that still has one line in English: Guides to the use of OpenOffice.org.
Attempting to remove the block, because I can see that these issues are somewhat independent of each other, even though they are related.
