There are cells bigger than window. However, I can't read all contents in them
because the interval of Calc's scrollbar is according to row height or column width.

For example:
If the content in A1 contains a lot of manual breaks, Calc is unable to display
the tail of it. Even if I move the trigger of vertical scrollbar little by
little, it won't be scrolled. Or even if I move the trigger widely, the tail of
A1 will be skipped and Calc only to display A2 or lower.

I'd suggest adding option for the interval of Calc scrollbar.
