How to CRASH OpenOffice. Step by step:
1) File - New - Database
2) Create a new database
3) Click on "Next"
4) Option: No, do not register the database
5) Option: After the database file has been saved, what do you want to do: 
      - Open the database for editing : enabled
      - Create tables using the table wizard : enabled
6) Click on "Finish"
7) Enter the name to save the database : "New Database". The type is "Star
Office XML (Base)".
8) Click on "Save"
9) Table Wizard: Business - Contact - Select all fields
10) Click on "Next"
11) Set files type and format: Don't change anything, click on "Next" again
12) Set primary key: Don't change anything, click on "Next" again
13) Create table: Don't change anything, click on "Finish"
14) CRASH of OpenOffice!
