There is a string 'Styles and Formatting', but the "name" contains 'Styles' only.
According to #i35458#, 'Styles and Formatting' is preferred now.

These are typos and small issues and will be addressed in a separate CWS. We
will decide later if we can integrate the changes into OOo2. 

For now, setting target milestone to OOo2

Can you please fix this bug in your CWS hc680typo2 - that CWS is open for
changes till Friday, 4th. If you cannot fix the bug till Friday, we will
re-target it to the next version. I'm sorry I have no CWS where I can change any
translation relevant text.

This particular bug is fixed -> verified.
