- Open new text document
- Press F4
- Select biblio table
- Move a column into the text document

-> The control isn't created correctly.

fs->od: This is a writer-only problem, in the other applications, it works
perfectly. Also, if I look at what our FmFormView::CreateFieldControl method
returns, everything is fine there ...

cause of defect: inserted objects aren't made visible

broken by fix for issue 35635 in cws swqbugfixes10, integrated in SRC680m68
