Open a new db in OO.o base.  Create a table, create a field and set field limit
of a text field to 5.  Now open the table to enter data.  Enter a larger text
into the field. OO.o doesn't stop at the limit nor give and error after the
cursor moves on to the next field.  Please see.

Yes, we should povide an error messges.
