Please load attached file in IE-plugin.
It will not load with the error message in the title.

Strange enough it works pretty well for me in m77 also. Seems to be environment
dependent problem.

Ok, the problem is reproducible only in case the file is accessed by using http
protocol. Actually this problem is not related to ActiveX, it is just enough to
switch to OpenOffice own dialogs ( MS dialog can make the connection itself )
and try to open the file from the http content.
