Some of the SO7 "Form Functions" icons are now on the SO8 "Controls" toolbar.
Some icons have moved to the "More Controls" toolbar, some other icons to the
"Form Object" toolbar and/or to the "Form Design" toolbar. According to the
current context, those bars may be called "Database something" bar or "XML
something" bar instead of just "something" bar.
There are rumors, however, that the control toolbars will change names and/or
will be simplified and rearranged soon. Ask CJ. I would prefer to fix this as
late as possible before the final.

All "Form Functions" toolbar references changed in the listed files.

please verify in CWS hc680pb2: Enter form functions in the Find text box of help
viewer: there should be no toolbar with that name.

clu->protocol: 'only' the word 'form function' is taken out from help (nothing
else in this issue)
