1. load the attached bugdoc
2. open the datanavigator 
3. switch to the binding tabpage
4. turn on the design view
5. switch to the instance tabpage in the datanavigator
==>> loop

issue resolved, files touched /forms/xforms/binding.cxx
introduced this issue with implementation of MIP-propagation which caused an
infinite loop of events in this case.
