Add a new online help file with all Impress context menu commands. Renaming a
slide can only be done this way. Add index entries to the new file, remove the
current entry "slides;entering slide names"

changed text\simpress\main0100.xhp to add some extended help text for context
menus. A Guide will be written later, with a separate task

please verify in CWS hc680pb2: Open Impress, open context menu on left Slides
pane. Press Shift+F1, check that the impress menu entries all have an extended help.
Note: the Copy / Paste context menu entries do not have Help IDs throughout SO,
so this is another bug  (issue 43309).
