In OO.o writer, when an object is selected the Format > Alignment ... is not
available.  why not provide this option and do the alignment [left/right/center]
(cut off the justified).  The alignment should be made with another reference
also in mind - the anchor of the object.  

Please provide this, this would avoid the extra work in aligning the object.

MRU->OS: As long as drawing objects have recieved the same positioning
capabilities for OO 2.0 like  Frames, The alignment menu should be also the same.

Will not be fixed for OOo2.0.
