Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 41761
Cannot write edited document (ver 1.9)
Last modified: 2005-02-25 11:08:51 UTC
I installed development version 1.9 (74) and when I open existing file and edit it I cannot save it. I receive notice: Error saving the document (file name): Write error. Error in writing sub-document content.xml. My operating system is Windows 98 SE.
hello, do you try to open a file, which was created with OOo <= Milestone 64?
I've tried to use files created in 1.1.x version. When I create new document in 1.9.x I can save it. But below m64 version is was OK
do you try to open *.sxw or *.oot?
I've tried to open .sxw - and I cannot save it. .oot I cannot open.
MRU->ES: please care about this. MRU->dluba: please attach the document to this issue, so that we can reproduce the problem here. Thanks!
.
Created attachment 22150 [details] one of files I couldn't save in 1.9 version
No problem on Linux and Windows XP -> maxweber: can you confirm?
I'm using Win98. And there is a problem (I suposse) with embedded graphic. Sometimes I receive crash report for Corel!!! (But I'm not using Corel) - when I try to save this file...
It seems to be corrected in m79 version. Now it's working fine...
