This is a showstopper:
Open one of our impress samples (marketing strategy, company takeover): the
textboxes seem to be shifted to the bottom. They are all too low, text is
running out of the slide.

this issue is a regression from issue 36713.

I will remove the changes from that issue in svx/source/unodraw/unoshape.cxx
