set prio and owner to sane values

please specify which help module you see, which symbols are missing, which
symbols are wrong

was already fixed; the installed help in m78 is several weeks old

The default Standard Bar show the Symbols for Sort Ascending, Sort Descending,
Insert Chart, Show Drawing Function, Find and Replace and Data Sources.
They are missing in the Help for the Standard Bar.
