Load presentation, start slide-show mode and move along. At some point it
crashes.  It happend for me usually around page 9 or 11, but it surely crashed.
In slide-oder mode or in normal mode, it didn't crash here.

The missing equations is issue #13339. But also otherwise the import could look
better - if I recall correctly, it actually used to look better in older
versions (e.g. the title-page text spacing looks better in 1.1.3).

I can reproduce the bug.
Seems to be linux only.
Please have a look.

sj->thb: Yes, we are crashing in slide-show mode, but instead of page 9 or 11 I
already crashed on page 1. Please change to normal slide view before starting
presentation, because af is having a bug that comes up if a slideshow is started
from the slidesorter.
