The method addListener throws an DisposedException, this worked in the previous
version of the childworkspace cws_removedrafts.

Just execute
 checkapi -o fwk.UIConfigurationManager::com::sun::star::ui::XUIConfiguration
to reproduce the behaviour.

The interface test works properly with the component ModuleUIConfigurationManager
