Pressing the PgDn key to scroll down in a spreadsheet document skips rows under
certain conditions.  For example:

- Create a new spreadsheet
- Enter "a\na\na" (a, Ctrl-Enter, a, Ctrl-Enter, a) to get a 3-line cell
- Note the row number at the bottom of the screen
- Press PgDn
- The screen will scroll 1-2 rows past the previous bottom of the screen

please have a look. Couldn't check with beta now but confirmed with 1.1.4
