Go to Tools - Options - StarOffice - Security. The Extended Help tip for Macro
Security button looks OK. The same tip for Record changes toolbox has wrong line
breaks.
The source code is as follows: (file text\shared\optionen\01030300.xhp)
OK:

I suppose the <emph> and </emph> code breaks the line in the display.
