OOo 2.0 BetaCandidate for Windows and Linux (x86), german localization have
passed the qa-tests (with several errors, but all are acceptable for a beta)

Please move the files to the stable tree.

Files tested are:
contrib/rc/2.0bc/OOo_2.0bc_LinuxIntel_install_de.tar.gz
contrib/rc/2.0bc/OOo_2.0bc_Win32Intel_install_de.zip
